## Operator upload checklist

1. Run `PYTHONDONTWRITEBYTECODE=1 python3 scripts/verify_site.py`.

3. In YouTube Studio, upload the video manually only after a human approves title, description, thumbnail, and captions.
4. Attach either the `.srt` file or `.vtt` file as English captions.
5. Do not publish, schedule, promote, monetize, or cross-post until the exact final upload screen is reviewed.
