Two 15-second HappyHorse clips were generated and locally packaged with Sonic-Forage captions + clean TTS. They are ready to review here first, then manually cut into the stream when the operator says `send transmission`.

## Clips

   - Bit: “insert imaginary coin • reboot rave” — good between-transmission buffer.

- Duration: 15 seconds each.

## Closed gates

- No stream was started.
- No public social post was made.
- No auto-transmission was triggered.
- Stream/API tokens are not stored in repo.
- Clips remain review-only until operator approval.

## Suggested insertion timing

- Use `Toy Apocalypse Safe Mode` as a 15-second reboot bumper between long loop blocks.
- Use `Alien Anti-Sadness Signal` before an Oracle / Channel Points / weird product-commercial segment.
- If a whole-hour clock is active: insert at minute `:14:45` or `:44:45`, then cut back to Signal Office / Proof Hub.
