# Wake Report Archive Citation Archive Summary Signoff Checklist

This is a manual-report-only signoff checklist for the archive-citation archive summary decision router. ## Exactly-zero-or-one signoff route

1. `signoff_current_source_map_only` — approve current-source-map-only wording and suppress archived citation reuse.
2. `signoff_one_archive_citation_after_recheck` — approve exactly one archived outcome reference only after QA, source map, Pages boundary, packet QA, and verifier checks are current.
3. `signoff_sanitized_blocker_to_human` — record a sanitized blocker if any proof path or verifier result is stale.
4. `signoff_suppress_archive_reference` — suppress archived-evidence wording when the signoff boundary cannot be proven from the current tree.
