# Afterparty Forge 2045 Framework — Deploy + Use Guide

## What is ready now

Afterparty Forge 2045 is now a reusable AI-launch framework:

- **Public proof website** — GitHub Pages explainer with videos and tool manifests.
- **Entity forge repo** — identity, pipeline, payloads, logo seed dataset, and tool suite.
- **Video lane** — Unicode future-UI trailer, world showcase, morning recap.
- **Dataset lane** — 10-logo synthetic image seed set and metadata.
- **Tool lane** — Offer Builder, Launch Packager, Proof Ledger, Demo Router, Revenue Scout, Unicode Interface Director.
- **Revenue lane** — first-dollar offer ladder and listing copy, closed until human approval.
- **Autonomy lane** — forever improver + overnight builder + reports.
- **Verification lane** — repo-local scripts, GitHub Pages checks, secret scans, proof manifests.

## Deploy/use steps

1. Open the public site:

2. Watch the Unicode Future UI video.
3. Open the entity site:

4. Review the tool suite and first-dollar offer ladder.
5. Pick one route:
   - private demo,
   - YouTube upload,
   - paid micro-audit,
   - public open-source builder call,
   - dataset release review,
   - more autonomous build time.
6. If using commercially, approve exact buyer, price, payment route, and outreach copy while awake.

## How another builder can fork the framework

1. Fork the explainer site repo.
2. Replace brand/entity names.
3. Replace videos or regenerate with `scripts/generate_unicode_future_interface_video.py`.
4. Update `docs/data/entity-tools-manifest.json`.
5. Update `docs/revenue/FIRST_DOLLAR_OFFER_LADDER.md`.
6. Run:

7. Deploy with GitHub Pages.

## Proof-backed claims allowed

- A public static site exists.
- Three local/site-hosted videos exist.
- An entity repo exists.
- A logo seed dataset exists.
- Entity tools and revenue docs exist.
- Autonomous jobs are scheduled.
- Revenue path is prepared but not executed.

## Claims not allowed without more proof

- Do not claim actual revenue.
- Do not claim OpenAI affiliation.
- Do not claim YouTube upload happened until uploaded.
- Do not claim dataset is public if it remains private.
- Do not claim model training, GPU work, or live customer outreach.
